Frequently Asked Questions

Q. My purchased item is not showing up.

On iOS: tap "Restore Purchases" on the home screen to restore purchases tied to your Apple ID. On Android: tap "Restore Purchases" on the home screen, or sign in again with the same Google account, and purchases registered with Google Play are restored automatically.

Q. What time does the Daily Maze update?

It updates at midnight Japan Standard Time (JST).

Q. How do hints work?

Tap the light-bulb icon at the top right of the game screen to light up one cell on the correct route to the goal.

Q. Can I hide ads?

You can remove ads with a one-time purchase via "Remove Ads" on the home screen (the price shown in your local currency in the store applies). There are no additional charges.

Q. Can I transfer my data when changing devices?

Purchased items (ad removal, difficulty unlock, maze packs) carry over by signing in with the same Apple ID on iOS or the same Google account on Android. Online leaderboard scores carry over if you consent to the leaderboard and link your account via Sign in with Apple or Google. Game progress (level, achievements, collection, etc.) is stored locally on the device and is not transferred when you change devices.

Q. I want to delete the data I submitted to the leaderboard.

You can request deletion of the nickname, scores, reached level, play count, and other data submitted to the online leaderboard via the steps on the Account / Data Deletion Request page. After identity confirmation by email, we delete the relevant data on Firebase within 30 days. Note that signing out in the app or stopping leaderboard participation only unlinks the device / stops submissions; cloud records remain, so submit a deletion request if you want the records themselves removed.

Q. Can I play on both iOS and Android?

The app is available on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). The online leaderboard is shared across both platforms, so you compete on the same rankings. Paid features such as ad removal, difficulty unlock, and maze packs are supported on both.
